SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR THIS ORDER
You must log into your Seller Account and retrieve the
buyer's shipping information from Manage Your Orders as follows:
1. Go to your Seller Account by clicking "Your Account" at
the top of any Amazon.com page, then clicking "Your Seller Account" on the right
side of the page, under Marketplace.
2. Within the Manage Your Orders section, click "View Your
Orders" and find Order ID "103-6903504-6903406". You can search by Order ID if
necessary.
3. Click the Order ID link to display the Order Details
page. You will see the full order details including shipping address and
shipping speed. You can print an address label and packing slip.
Note that Amazon.com will credit you $4.99 in addition to
the net sales price to help cover shipping costs. You are required to ship these
items even if the shipping credit does not fully cover your shipping costs.

CONFIRM SHIPMENT IF YOU USE CHARGE WHEN SHIP
After you ship the order, be sure to confirm the shipment.
We will then charge the buyer, credit your Marketplace Payments account, and
notify the buyer that the order has been shipped.
You can confirm shipments easily in Manage Orders:
1. In your Seller Account, under the "Manage Your Orders"
heading, click "View your orders" to find the order you want to confirm.
2. Click the "Confirm shipment" button next to the order
(or below the order if you are looking at an order detail page).
3. Select the Ship Date and Carrier (such as USPS) from the
drop-down lists.
4. Enter the Shipping Service (such as Ground) and the
Tracking ID, if any (supplied by the carrier).
5. Click the "Confirm shipment" button.

HOW TO ISSUE REFUNDS
Failure to ship on time may lead to negative seller
feedback, revocation of shipping credits, or even suspension of your seller
account. If you cannot ship the items on time, please promptly cancel the order
(available only for sellers using Charge When Ship--see instructions below) or
issue a full refund as follows:
1. Go to your Seller Account by clicking "Your Account" at
the top of any Amazon.com page, then clicking "Your Seller Account" on the right
side of the page, under Marketplace.
2. Within the Manage Your Orders section, click "View Your
Orders" and find the order. You can search by Order ID if necessary.
3. Click the Order ID link to display the Order Details
page.
4. Click the Refund button and choose a refund reason. You
can add a short message in the "Memo to Buyer" box, explaining why you are
making the refund.
We will e-mail this information to the buyer as soon as the
refund is processed successfully.

HOW TO CANCEL ORDERS (available only for sellers using
Charge When Ship)
If you are unable to ship an order, you can cancel it
easily in Manage Orders:
1. In your Seller Account, under the "Manage Your Orders"
heading, click "View your orders" to find the order you want to cancel.
2. Click the "Cancel order" button next to the order (or
below the order if you are looking at an order detail page).
3. Select the appropriate reason, and then click Submit.

ABOUT YOUR PAYMENT
This transaction will be posted to your Marketplace
Payments account shortly or, if you use Charge When Ship, as soon as you confirm
shipment. (See instructions for confirming shipments above.) Funds in your
Marketplace Payments account are automatically disbursed every 14 days.
Please make sure you have entered your bank account
